First, marinate the meat with the salt, ghost pepper flakes, and cocoa powder.
It helps to massage the beef for a couple minutes initally to get the marinade soaked in. Poking small holes into the feet with a fork is also advised.
Also sure your grill is heated up before so you can quickly transistion into grilling.
After letting it sit for at least 2 hours, take the meat and put it on your grill.
Make sure the meat is evenly cooked on all sides.
After it starts to sear, lower the temperature and close the lid. Let it sit like this for 10 minutes.
Once it is well done, take the meat off and cut as desired.
After placing it on your serving dish, don't forget to generously drizzle the chocolate sauce afterwards
